The Parts Peddler ATQMRA Motorsports 2010

The Parts Peddler ATQMRA was well represented at the Motorsports 2010 show in Oaks, Pa.  The venerable organization had numerous cars throughout the show including the Championship winning car of   Alison Cumens and the Robin Johnston cars in the ATQMRA booth.  The 2009 Wall Stadium Turkey Derby winning car driven by Paul Lotier Jr and owned by Lenny and Donna Boyd filled out the ATQMRA booth.  Gary Mondschein had the new Cicconi chassis Team Risqué 66 driven by Chris DeRitis in the Dimension Design booth.  The Ian Cumens 79 was on display in the Area Auto Racing News booth to help promote the coming indoor race in Atlantic City next weekend.  The vintage ATQMRA Wherle Roadster 02 was on display as well

The ATQMRA greeted countless fans and old members throughout the weekend and handed out hundreds of schedules and countless Parts Peddler Newspapers.  2009 ATQMRA Champion Alison Cumens signed autograph cards for her many fans and added her autograph to the ATQMRA's 2010 banner.  2009 ATQMRA Rookie of the Year Kyle Gardner stopped by on Sunday and announced he will be returning to the Joe Csernak F8 in 2010 in addition to racing a 358 Sprint car and the family owned Xcell 600 Modified. 

Chris DeRitis NEMA Ed Clotheir Rookie of the Year Award winning driver will be racing his sophomore season with NEMA and looks forward to getting some seat time in a supermodified.  His first race of 2010 will be at Atlantic City in the Risqué 66 owned by his father Dan and will run the TQ with the ATQMRA as his schedule permits. 

The ATQMRA sold many tickets for the Alan Mollet Celebrity Roast scheduled for Saturday March 20th, 2010 at 6:00 PM .  Next up for the ATQMRA is its team's participation in the Indoor Races in Atlantic City as well as gearing up for the winter Mall show season.
